Peter Cohen's Page@hereinstead.com: Peter Cohen has personally taught an astonishing number of drug researchers, journalists and policy makers around the world about drug policy and drug effects. He is a Professor at the University of Amersterdam and the director of CEDRO, the Center for Drug Research there.

Peter is the most cosmopolitan and sophisticated person I've ever known. He's brilliant, imaginative, intellectually courageous and ridiculously silly. Under the proper circumstances, he could make a tree stump giggle.
